Use Blended Learning—Not Just Manuals or Shadowing

Not all training is best done in person. A strong training program uses a blended model:

Digital modules for policies, safety, and compliance

Video-based instruction for equipment use (repeatable and visual)

In-person coaching for high-risk tasks

Peer-to-peer mentoring for soft skills and site culture
