Use Real-Time Dashboards

Supervisors should see open issues live. Color codes (green/yellow/red) signal how long a problem has been unaddressed. Use this to prompt floor walks or priority escalations.

Review Resolution Lag Monthly

Track metrics like:

Avg. time to first response

Avg. time to resolve

Longest open ticket

Repeat issues (same machine, same shift)

Spot patterns—does Line 4 lag because of unclear ownership? Do weekend crews underreport?
