Ensure freight elevator availability
Understand where your material lands (loading dock, alley, roof edge)
Stagger Deliveries if Needed
If access is tight, split your delivery over two days. Don’t overload a staging area or block other trades. Use color-coded tags to track which glass goes where and when.
