QA rep isn’t notified—so install stalls for verification
Distributors who stand out do this:
Confirm drop zone access and gate permissions 24–48 hours before arrival
Include map-based delivery sheets with staging labels
Coordinate with site logistics—especially around rigging and safety buffer zones
