You won’t hear it in the kickoff. But you will later:
“Why wasn’t this flagged sooner?”
“Why didn’t the supplier speak up if this wasn’t realistic?”
“Now we’re burning OT just to catch up.”
Distributors who protect project integrity play timekeeper:
“Based on your sequence, this castable needs to be poured by Day 4—are we aligned?”
“We’re baking in 48-hour float to allow for post-install QA—want us to document that?”
“We’ll ship in jobsite-ready sequence to avoid dock delay.”
