Visual management boards are becoming the unsung heroes of modern manufacturing plants. Beyond metrics, visual boards foster communication. In daily Gemba walks or shift handoffs, teams gather around these boards to review wins and setbacks. It shifts plant culture from top-down directives to shared ownership.
