Cement plants operate under brutal conditions: abrasive raw feed, high temperatures, and continuous impact. Mill Housing and Dust Handling

Chutes, ductwork, and housing interiors are often coated with tile-lining systems or spray-on ceramics. These systems minimize material buildup and airflow blockage.

Though more expensive upfront, ceramic coatings reduce unscheduled shutdowns and extend service intervals from months to years—yielding ROI in under a single campaign.
